CaptainX for Federations

Your sport is biggerthan your member list.

CaptainX helps a federation see the whole community around its sport - then grow it, develop it, activate it through competitions, and find the talent inside it.

The opportunity

Most federations can only see their members. The community is far bigger.

The school player, the weekend enthusiast, the academy kid, the fan who never registered - they are your sport too. Today they are invisible; that is where growth, and the next champion, are hiding.

This is everyone around your sport.

The school player, the weekend enthusiast, the academy kid, the fan who never registered - whatever the size of your sport, this is the whole picture.

2 / 3

This is all your systems see today.

Roughly one in six is a registered member. Everyone else is invisible - and that is exactly where growth, and the next champion, are hiding.

3 / 3

CaptainX sees everyone.

One platform brings the whole community into view - then helps you turn it into members, athletes and champions.

One identity for life

Today, she is four different people.

The same girl turns up in a schools drive, an academy list, a tournament entry and a membership file - different spellings, different IDs, nothing linking them. So nobody can see that the 9-year-old and the national-team call-up are the same person.

1 record. Eight years. Nothing retyped.

The 9-year-old who came because her friend was going and the 17-year-old in the national camp are the same person. One record is what makes that visible.

Layla is illustrative. The duplication is not - it is the single most common thing we find when a federation first imports its existing lists.

What we do

Four pillars. One growth loop.

Each pillar feeds the next. A bigger community means more athletes; more athletes mean better competition; better competition surfaces more talent; and champions bring more people in.

Community & Registry

Know everyone in your sport.

Every player, coach, official, club and fan - members and non-members - on one national registry, each with one identity for life.

  • Who plays, who coaches, who follows - by age, level and region
  • QR registration drives that grow the base
  • Members are a ladder on top - not the whole picture

Athlete Development

Turn participants into athletes.

Federation academies, development centres, camps and programmes - with every session, assessment and progression tracked on the athlete’s own record.

  • National-team camps & regional centres
  • Structured programmes with assessments
  • Progress you can see, season after season

Competitions

Activate the sport.

Run, sanction and oversee competitions at every level - because good competitions create participation, visibility, aspiration and fans.

  • Your events, sanctioned events, school & community leagues
  • Entries, eligibility, results and rankings on rails
  • Every match feeds the sport’s story

Scouting & Talent

Let no talent go unseen.

Every participant builds a history - results, rankings, assessments - so talent surfaces from the whole community, not just from whoever a scout happened to watch.

  • Ranked pools for every age group
  • Signals from academies, schools and leagues
  • AI-assisted identification, progressively

The filmed match that becomes tagged clips and performance signals on an athlete’s record - that is CaptainX SQR at work: the same video intelligence engine, running quietly inside the whole CaptainX ecosystem.

The outcome

“Our sporting community is growing year after year.”

When the four pillars run on one ecosystem, growth stops being a feeling and becomes something you can see, steer and show - to your board, your Ministry and your sponsors.

One ecosystem

What you can see is bigger than what you run.

Most of an athlete’s sporting life happens outside a federation’s own systems - in private academies, at school, in club leagues, at other people’s events. Wherever it happens on CaptainX, it flows back to one identity, and reaches you with her consent.

Questions

Short answers.

What is CaptainX for Federations, in one sentence?+

An ecosystem that helps a national federation know the whole community around its sport, bring more people into it, develop its athletes, activate the sport through competitions and discover the talent within - on one connected platform, in Arabic and English.

How is it different from membership software?+

Membership software only sees people who pay. CaptainX sees the whole sporting community - members and non-members - and helps you move people step by step from interested to member to athlete. Membership becomes a milestone on a journey, not the boundary of what you know.

What are the four pillars?+

Community & Registry (know everyone), Athlete Development (academies, camps and programmes), Competitions (run, sanction and oversee events at every level) and Scouting & Talent (surface talent from the whole community). One identity per person connects all four.

What is “one identity for life”?+

Every person gets one permanent CaptainX ID. Registrations, memberships, results, rankings, assessments and national-team caps all attach to it, from a child’s first school session onwards - so nothing is lost and nobody is retyped.

Is it built for one sport?+

No. Sports, categories, fees and world-body ranking templates are configuration, not code. Basketball and badminton are first; any federation can run on it.

Where does the data live?+

In-Kingdom, designed around PDPL, owned by the federation. Consent is a record, minors act through verified guardians, and every access is logged.

How does a federation start?+

In stages, useful from the first: registration drives and safe import of existing lists come first, then membership, competitions, development and talent - each stage standing on the one before. A briefing takes forty-five minutes, on your own sport’s numbers.
