The registry is not the membership
The registry knows everyone who touches the sport - with or without membership. Membership is the validated, seasonal ladder on top: paid, verified, eligible. Reach is counted on one plane, standing on the other - and the movement between them becomes your growth chart.
One identity, for life
Every person gets one permanent CaptainX ID. Registrations, memberships, results, rankings and consents attach to it from a child’s first school session onwards - never copied, never retyped. Ask “who is this person in our sport?” and the answer is one page, complete and true.

Built around PDPL: consent is a record, minors act through verified guardians, sensitive data is sealed, every access is logged - and each person controls what is public about them.
A digital ID in every pocket
Members carry a card that anyone can verify with a scan - at a venue gate, a tournament desk, a training session. Verification shows only what is needed: valid, or not.
